Moldovan Admission to the CSCE (OSCE)

INTRODUCTION

On 21 November 1992, the Post Office of Moldova (Poșta Moldovei) issued a series of postage stamps with the title Moldovan Admission to the CSCE (OSCE). The issue comprises two stamps, with associated cancellation (postmark) and first day cover (FDC). The designer was Ralf Vogel. The printing was performed by Bulgarian State Printers, Sofia.

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is the world's largest security-oriented intergovernmental organization. Its mandate includes issues such as arms control and the promotion of human rights, freedom of the press and fair elections.
